1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ganesho, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Ganesho is a directory. Yoga instructors and retreat organizers list their events here, and visitors discover them and then book directly with the host on the host's own website.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material.

4. Booking and Payments

Ganesho does not take bookings and does not handle payments. Listings link to the host's own website, where booking and payment happen entirely between you and them, under their terms. We are never a party to that transaction and never hold your money.

Because of this, you should apply the same care you would on any website you reach through a link. Check that the address matches the host you expect before entering payment details, and treat a request to pay by bank transfer or a messaging app as a warning sign.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled by the host under the policy shown on their own booking page. Ganesho cannot cancel, alter or refund a booking, because we did not take it. Please read the host's policy before you pay.

6. Listing accuracy

Listings are supplied by hosts. We check what we reasonably can, but dates, prices and availability can change without us being told. Anything marked “Example listing” is an illustration of how Ganesho works and is not a real event.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ganesho is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during an event. We act solely as a platform to connect hosts and guests.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
